Cancellation Policy

To secure your desired date and time, a  50% deposit is required. The remaining balance must be paid  48 hours prior to your event. Please note that all deposits are non-refundable.

In the event that you need to reschedule your date, we kindly ask for a minimum notice of  5 days. A rescheduling fee of $100 will be charged. However, please note that last-minute rescheduling is not available within the 5-day grace period.

Weather concerns?

Rest assured, we keep a close eye on the forecast. If we anticipate a change in weather, we have special setups available to ensure your comfort. Our Airstream and waterproof tent, complete with cozy pillows and blankets, will keep you snug and dry during rainy date nights. Please note that cancellations due to inclement weather are not eligible for refunds.
